Your free 1-hour AI readiness call comes first. During that conversation we will assess your organization, identify your biggest opportunities, and determine the right scope of engagement for you. Investment details will be discussed after your call based on what your organization actually needs. No surprises, no pressure.
Communication and Response Times
During active engagements you can expect responses within 24 hours on business days. Monthly check-ins are scheduled on a recurring basis. For urgent clinical or operational issues that affect patient care, please mark your message as urgent and we will respond within 4 hours.

What We Need From You
Access to key staff for workflow interviews during the audit phase. A designated internal point of contact who can coordinate with ClinIQ and vendors. Timely feedback on recommendations so we can keep your implementation on schedule. Honest communication about what is and is not working.
